Founded by Giftie Sefa-Boakye in 1989, Alpha Beta Flora quickly became known for its exquisite floral arrangements that celebrated innovation and creativity. In addition to these early successes, countless accolades throughout the years including the 1995 Women In Horticulture award cemented the company’s reputation as trailblazers in the emerging floristry and landscaping sector of the early nineties.

From its humble beginnings as a small-scale organic vegetable farm that supplied fresh produce to Giftie’s award-winning French restaurant, Chez Mammie (RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR AWARD, 1991), Alpha Beta Flora’s diverse clientele, both past and present, ranges from hotels, restaurants and event spaces to corporate buildings, private residences and even airlines such as Swiss Air, British Airways, KLM, and Lufthansa.

Most recently we were honored to serve as the official florists for the swearing-in ceremony and inauguration of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Today, Alpha Beta Flora remains Ghana’s premiere full service florist and landscaping company, providing stunning arrangements made of the finest blooms imported from Kenya, South Africa and Holland.
