We deliver within Accra and also to most major cities outside Accra. However, all orders to be delivered outside Accra must be placed over the phone or in person.
HOW EARLY SHOULD FRUIT BASKET ORDERS BE PLACED?
Fruit basket orders should be placed no later than a day (24 hours) before delivery date.
WHICH ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM SINGLE ORDERS?
The following items cannot be ordered on their own: Chocolates, helium balloons and wine. They must accompany a bouquet, arrangement, a plant or gift hamper.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT?
The FREE IN-STORE PICK UP option is temporarily suspended. Our clients will be notified when it has resumed.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ORDERS?
We only require deposits for phone orders or in-house orders. All online orders must be paid in full.
HOW DO I STORE MY FRESH FLOWERS?
Every bouquet or arrangement from our shop includes care instructions to extend the life of your fresh cut flowers.
DO YOU DO SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, however such orders must be made no later than 3 hours before desired delivery time.
CAN CUSTOMERS MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS ON THEIR ORDERS?
Yes. These can be included in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED OUTSIDE ACCRA?
Orders to be delivered outside Accra must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
CAN BRIDAL FLOWERS BE ORDERED ONLINE?
Currently, we do not take online orders for bridal flowers. They can only be placed in person or over the phone.
